Websupport throughout the summer holidays 2026
Although the local web support units at the faculties are closed for periods over the summer, there will al-most always be the possibility of getting support. Here you can see when the local units are staffed.
BSS
The TYPO3 support has no coverage in weeks 30 and 31. During these weeks, urgent inquiries can be sent to the Fællesadministration TYPO3 support via typo3@au.dk.
Arts
The TYPO3 support for Arts has coverage for most parts of the summer holidays, but no coverage in the middle of July. During these weeks, editors will receive an auto-reply and can send urgent inquiries to the Fællesadministration TYPO3 support via typo3@au.dk.
Health
The TYPO3 support has no coverage in weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31. During these weeks, urgent inquiries can be sent to the Fællesadministration TYPO3 support via typo3@au.dk.
Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences
The TYPO3 support has no coverage in weeks 29, 30 and 31. During these weeks, urgent inquiries can be sent to the Fællesadministration TYPO3 support via typo3@au.dk.
Fællesadministrationen
The TYPO3 support is staffed all weeks except week 30. During this week, users will receive an auto-response where it is possible to call an emergency line for urgent matters.
