Nanna Maria Elgaard Pedersen

I work as a PhD partner in the PhD administration at the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences, where I serve as the primary contact for several academic departments and handle education and HR-related administrative tasks.

In addition to my partner responsibilities, I handle a range of specialist tasks within communication and data management.

I hold a Master of Science in Biology with a minor in Art History from Aarhus University and have furthered my education in project management, public administration, communication, and process facilitation.

Current responsibilities:

• PhD partner and primary contact for three PhD programs: Environmental Sciences, Quantitative Genetics and Genomics (QGG), and Civil and Architectural Engineering (CAE).
• Responsible for the operation and ongoing development of the PhD schools' two websites: phd.tech.au.dk and phd.nat.au.dk, which I have built from scratch.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and MyPhD.
• Represent the PhD area in the response group for Aarhus University's international recruitment platform international.au.dk.
• Superuser in Templafy, responsible for template and document management.

• Creation of newsletters and communication materials for external platforms.
