Websupport

Before contacting web support, we recommend checking the TYPO3 documentation. You might find an immediate answer this way.

Go to TYPO3 guides

If you need to contact web support, you have two options:

  1. Use the support form at https://support.au.dk/. This is the preferred method as it ensures we have the relevant information to assist you quickly.
  1. You can also email typo3@au.dk - remember to include all relevant information.

Go to support form

What are the relevant details for a support request?

  • URL of the website related to the issue
  • Page ID of the page related to the issue. You can find this number at the bottom right of all web pages
  • Attach screenshots if possible, so we can see how the issue appears on your end

Courses and workshops

Regular TYPO3 courses and workshops are no longer being organized. New editors can learn to use TYPO3 by referring to the training resources available at typo3.au.dk or by seeking help from their colleagues.

However, we do arrange courses and workshops on demand for both new editors and more experienced web editors.

Please feel free to send suggestions for courses and workshops at typo3@au.dk

TYPO3 Newsletter

TYPO3 newsletter is sent out regularly at the beginning of each month, as well as when there is important news about TYPO3. This may include new courses/workshops, new functionalities, or important operational information.

We recommend subscribing to the newsletter if you are a web editor at AU.
