At  AU IT, we have the following technical issues that have not been resolved centrally yet, but are on our backlog. Therefore, editors can disregard these issues in Siteimprove or other tools used to identify accessibility problems.

• Empty Headings in Left Menu or Banner

  • An empty heading appears in left menus when the top heading in the menu is not filled in.
  • An empty heading appears in banner elements when the heading is not filled in.

• Insufficient Color Contrast

  • There are general issues with color contrasts such as the cyan blue background with white text used on employees.au.dk and the student green with white text.
  • Additionally, there is insufficient color contrast in breadcrumbs with light gray text on a white background and left menus with light blue text on a light gray background. The contrast ratios for compliance links in some footers are not high enough, where links have gray text on a dark blue background.

• Forms and Input Fields

  • All errors related to forms and input fields (e.g., “Input fields and dropdowns missing descriptions” or “Form elements need to be grouped”).

• Missing Visual Focus in Tab Navigation

• Landmark for Main Content Required

• Burger Menu Button for Mobile Menu Lacks Text Alternative

• SoMe Icons on Some Domains Lack Text Alternatives

• Bullet Lists in Business Cards Cannot Be Navigated with Tab Navigation

• HTML Semantics Issues in Some List Views Created in the CMS Editor

  • This problem causes empty lists to be created.

• Table Cells Lack Context in Pure List Views

  • The lists of employees and the issue is specifically with the “list of persons” element in the Pure plugin.

• ARIA Attribute Errors in Cludo's Search Results List View

• Breadcrumb Navigation Cannot Be Navigated with Tab Navigation on Some Domains

• Visible Label and Accessible Name Do Not Match in Employee Website Drop-down “More”

• Links in Footers Need Secondary Visual Identifiers

• Images in Delphinus News Lack Unique ID Values

  • Specifically, images inserted as “News list layout: Wide Image
