Google uses mobile-friendliness as a parameter for sorting search results performed on mobile devices. Mobile-friendly pages are prioritized in these types of searches. For example, if you search for the term "Studietur" on a smartphone, the top results will be the most mobile-friendly and may not necessarily look the same as they do on a computer.
Specific keywords, such as Århus University and names/personal employee pages, are not in direct competition with others. Thus, search results will be prioritized in the same way on mobile devices as on a computer.
Google has created a mobile-friendliness test for webpages (external link).
Be aware that the test merely indicates whether your page is mobile-friendly and therefore will be prioritized over non-mobile-friendly pages in Google searches from mobile devices.
