The purpose of a web form is to standardize the collection of information from a user or colleague. In TYPO3, a web form (email form) is an element of type Powermail. It is often used for e.g. newsletter sign-ups, applications, registration of guests, etc., and is well suited for less complex forms. However, it is also possible to embed Microsoft Forms forms on your page. Forms are well suited for more complex forms.
